Illustration system
Since Guardio runs frequent experiments to test what resonates with users, it was essential to create an illustration style that could be produced quickly and iterated easily. To support this fast-paced process, I proposed a visual language that any designer could adapt, update, and evolve as needed.
Foundations
Built around a custom color palette and a system of simple geometric shapes, the style was designed to be easily adopted by any designer on the team. This approach encourages broad participation and creative flexibility.
Implementation
and Expansion
What started as a set of illustrations for the app has since evolved and expanded—today, the style continues to grow through contributions from other designers and appears across many areas of the product.
